End User Agreement

Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal agreement between you and PressPad governing your use of the Store platform. By signing up to this Store, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement Privacy Policy and the precedent Store’s provider Terms of Services and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you hereby represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to the terms and conditions of this agreement, in which case “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not accept this agreement nor may you use the base platform or receive services hereunder.

PressPad Store

PressPad Store (“Store” or “the Store”) is a service that allows publishers to create a web-based, online store with the publications. These publications can be accessed as free papers and/or paid content.

You (“Reader”) who access these publication(s) agree to be bound by these Terms of Services (as stated above) and the related documents including Store Privacy Policy and PressPad Terms of Services.

PressPad Store Usage and Paid Access

By clicking the “Pay now” (Buy) button to proceed through the purchasing process you (the end user, called a “reader”) agree that the Store operator provides you immediate access to digital content as soon as you complete your purchase, without waiting the 14-day withdrawal period. Therefore, you expressly waive your right to withdraw from this purchase.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

PressPad PROVIDES THE SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. PressPad SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, INFORMATION ACCURACY, INTEGRATION, INTEROPERABILITY OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. You understand and agree that you use the Site and Services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that arise from such use. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PressPad BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING BY NEGLIGENCE), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RELATED TO USE, MISUSE, RELIANCE ON, INABILITY TO USE AND INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, DAMAGES INCURRED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED ON THE SITE AND THE NONPERFORMANCE THEREOF AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, SALES, DATA, GOODWILL OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT PressPad HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. YOUR ONLY RIGHT WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS SITE OR SERVICES OR WITH PressPad SHALL BE TO TERMINATE USE OF THIS SITE AND SERVICES. Some states do not allow the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
